Trending @Accenture; Is it possible to switch internally to UX design.

I am currently working in almost a support like project. I was wondering if I can switch to UX design internally as a fresher, as I have seen Accenture generally hires experienced designers. Also my Teammate suggested to change the primary skill on My competency, I tried that but it's asking for atleast 6 months experience of the skill I want to switch to

You definitely can , reach out to project directly based on jobs portal which align with your skill.

Change your primary skill, show as you have accenture experience- this will follow an approval process - initially it will go to your supervisor (he/she has to approve it) & then market leaders(most of the cases it will get auto approved).
