I’m interested in moving to a creative role like UX/UI or visual design. I’ve been in the organization for 1.5 years and currently working on an SAP project for the past 6–7 months. Is an internal role switch possible? If yes, how should I start the process?

Even my previous role was Functional consultant. Then I asked my manager to roll me off from current project so that I'll be visible to other projects. Note: before asking for roll off change your primary skills with the desired role you want this is important because based on your primary skill only other project manager will reach out to you.
