Trending @Accenture; Is it possible to reduce notice period by 4 days?

So basically my LWD is Feb 25 and my tentative DOJ in new company is Feb 24. So aling with this I want to change my LWD to Feb 21. Is it possible in Accenture? If yes how can I do that?.

P S : I have my people lead and DU lead approval for this but HR is not accepting.

It is not possible as per the new policy. There can be exceptions if you frame a strong story

Ask for a waiver. It's only 4 days. If your project and people lead agree, it can be done. However, Accenture will recover a 4 day salary from you. Maybe your next Orga can buy it
