Is it possible to get salary revision I have around 13 years exp but my salary package is very low

With no other thoughts, start search outside

1. Try to get offer
2. If unable to get the offer upskill and do try
3. Once offer received, negotiate to the company, cancel only if revised compensation received. Otherwise just switch without other thoughts.

Find a offer outside , and show to hr for salary re negotiation

If you want more money then switch the company, if you want to be on the safer side then don't ask for it.. anyways they won't give a high salary from now.So stay calm if you want to survive here.

I think you need to wait before asking for salary normalisation..hope for the best in future
