MAL is 48 months.
In this December I don't think anything is going to happen as seniors are saying no budget but will see in June.. now in I will be on MAT. So feeling little anxious.

What is your MAL? Note - Since Accenture hasn't been rolling out promotion so easily hence there are lot of people with a high MAL. Right now info shared from HR is not to put anyone going or returning from ML in PIP. No info on promotion criteria yet.
