Trending @Infosys; Is it possible to get offers with 100%hike?

I have 6.8 years of experience in middleware. After a lot of discussions I got a 30%hike. Now it's 8.5lpa. I know that it's less. Suggest me how to switch with 100%hike. As far as I know, other companies are offering me a 30%hike on the current CTC.

U can expect more than 10 SI has more demanding now a days, u can put papers and u can ask more than u have now, since ur np will be keep reducing
