Is it possible to get hospital reports reissued with current dates?

I recently went for a full health checkup, which is fully reimbursable by my organization. However, I couldn’t submit it within 30 days. Can I request the same report and doctor’s prescription with the current date instead of the old one? I’m in Bangalore, though I’m not sure if that matters.
