Yes, you can. Just make your basics strong in the cloud, be it Azure, AWS or GCP. Create VMs, storage etc and some demo projects. That will be enough. Reach out to people who have opening for cloud role on IJP, and show them your knowledge. People are willing to bet on candidate who are interested to learn even though the candidate doesn't have prior experience.
