Is it possible to get an international relocation from Tcs India location to Arizona US due to marriage issue?

Technically yes, but practicaly there are lot of dependancies. First of all you need to get Arizona based project, which is in the same city. Then you need get work VISA via TCS (H1, L1) so that you can be deputed to US from here. You can’t relocate on dependent VISA. Otherwise you will have to resign from TCS India and join there as contractor once you reach there and if your dependent VISA allow you to work.
