Is it possible to get a product based company with 15 - 20 LPA with 1 year experience?

I am 22. It has been 6 months since I joined a company I would like to know in next 6 months if prepare hard enough in DSA, system design, work on some projects can I get a job at product based company with 15 to 20 LPA. I would like to have some reality check in my life about this.

Confused between what to do in life, should I prepare for gate or cat to puruse masters or prepare for any government exam. Any guidance for me would appreciate your efforts.
