Trending @Accenture; Is it possible to change the VP even if it got published?

Today, I had a discussion with my manager regarding my hike and bonus. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any hike, and my bonus was 10%. However, even the bonus amount showing on the portal is not in accordance with 10%. Probably it's due to my low chargeability because they didn't give me wbse for a long time.

What should I do- any sense of confronting the manager or hr? What can I demand now
