Trending @Infosys; Is it possible to change the unit ?

There is a mismatch between the skills and the project i am getting in my unit. Is there any option by which I can change my unit and get the project having skills I acquire?

IJP is one way.

Going via managers is going to take a while + you'll need to know manager from other unit who would be willing to take you.

Discuss with your group project manager , if you're lucky, they'll change the project, not unit, I guess. But don't argue there's a chance of putting you in PIP if you argue.
