Currently I have experience in Network operations (FTTH OSP designer) career level 11, i need to switch from my Network operations domain to the development domain currently Pursuing Full Stack development (Java) @Guvi is it possible to get transfer from Accenture Operations to Accenture Technology if yes what is the interview process and how fluent should i have in full stack development (beginner /Intermediate)

It is possible to get the transfer you are looking for. You can apply for Atci roles through IJP portal and once selected, there would a technical interview for the tranfer to be completed. Check application eligibility with your HR.

Thanks for the guidance✌, currently iam have 5 lac per annum which is very low CTC for 5 years experience, once transferred to ATCI is there any possibility of changes in my CTC
