Is it possible?

I come from a non tech background, I find the demand for non tech background in the workforce is on a gradual fall. I want to learn full stack development from total scratch? Is it even possible for a person to learn from scratch? Considering I have very limited knowledge on them. If yes what are the sources to learn? How to provide a structure to the learning?
