Is it permanently Remote work at PWC?

Hey, I'm currently at the pune location, I'm joining PWC and the base location mentioned there is Bangalore. I talked to HR and she said if there is any project need, the manager call you at the location you need to report banglore. I heard many are working Remotely at PWC. When can I expect that the manager will call me at the office?

If it’s PWC AC. You can work out of of Pune because there’s no client locations for us as we deal only with US clients . For PwC India, not sure

Till now it was possible to get remote, but now they're gonna call people to work from office, 3 days a week, probably from June/July. But yes, there is a pilot office for PwC AC folks in Pune, you can talk to your manager and get approval to work from there.

If base location is Bangalore as per the client need manager will request and sent you.

Not sure what division you are in , Core consulting i.e deals , strategy , management is almost 100% at client site or hybrid between WFH and client side. Very rare projects are remote only (For best career outcomes suggest go to office and be at base location )
