Yeah I joined an AI company at the start of 2022 but left after 1.3 years because sales had dried up, there was no clear PMF and the red flags had gotten clearly intolerable.

If you’re honest in your interviews, you may not get the best hike but you will get yourself out of a bad situation which is better than staying in a rut.

Yes it is! As long as you have valid reasons to reason with, and the person in front of you isn't gonna see that as deal breaker, you should be fine

It's okay to do it once or twice as companies might have a culture which you're not suited to.

But if you keep doing it for 4-5 years straight, the next company suspect the prob was not with the companies but with you.
