Is it okay to switch after 1 year of experience?
I'm in this company. It's been 1 year+ and I wanted to switch because of this culture I don't like so that's why... is it okay to switch? Or I have to be there at least for 24 months or 18 months because experiences also needed to get into another good company?

Depends on your role and experience. I can speak for Software development. If experience > 6 years than better to switch after 2-3 years; if it's less then you're fine.
