Is it okay to share another company’s offer for a counter offer?
Got an offer from a new company and now a major IT firm is asking for the new offer letter to make a counter offer.
Is it normal to share such documents even with details masked? Only genuine advice please. Thanks in advance. 🙏

Simply avoid saying its confidential and not supposed to be shared

Hide stuff about the company and other things possible. Give screen shots and dont give all the pages..

Share screenshot of salary breakup with them...
That should be okay as it's just a snap inside the doc

Imo no it's not ok. If they want to hire you, they will agree to what you ask. Most of the time, people bluff that they have another offer
