Trending @Infosys; Is it okay to leave Infosys within 4 years?
I have 5+ years of experience; I have been in Infosys for 2 years, and there is no hike or onsite opportunities. I am planning to switch the company. As per infosys policy, employees who resigns within 4 years cannot come back to Infosys. Is it okay to leave Infosys, or should I stay for another 2 years and then switch?
Infosys or not, your career is not a charity. If they don't value you, show them the door. "Apna time aayega", remember? What's your next move?
Boss kitna hike leke yahaan aaye the woh bhi bata do. Do saal hue nahi aapko aaye and on-site bhi jaana hai. Jo baaki log paanch saal se infy main on-site ka wait kar rahein hai woh kya karein. On a serious note this third time adter 2009 crisis and COVID that infy has not given hike. So hopefully from next year it will normalize . About on-site do you think if you hop the next company will straight consider you for on-site. Yaar Pehle apna sikka to jamao on-site uske baad hi milega.
That 4 years is only applicable for freshers. For laterals, it is 1 year only.
