Trending @Accenture; Is it okay to leave Accenture after 6 months of joining?
I am currently not getting any projects and have been on bench for a month (joined in August) should I be looking for roles outside coz I think I am underpaid comparative to market. Any thought?

If you feel like you should leave, go ahead. If you have a better opportunity outside, take it. No second thoughts.

Depends on how you convince the next hiring manager, to be noted that your one month of experience will not be of any value and you will be in freshers category, try networking with leads and PMs for a role here
Go, run away

Wait till they put you on IP. That way you can enjoy the severance, along with little to no notice period at all

Bro it’s just one month. Upskill mean while by doing certifications which will cost nothing as they provide vouchers. Explore internal projects and network

Everything is fine if you will be able to justify the next hiring manager

Only one month has passed, stay positive and you'll get a project within 6 months. Why bother joining a new company if you want to leave? Should have taken a break to upskill and apply for a better role if you feel you are underpaid.

@LastingObservation Same with me, they tagged me to one market, not got any project yet… It’s been more than a month
