Is it okay to join tcs with 33 lpa?

Got 14yrs experience. I saw some reviews regarding less variable payout by tcs for higher bands. And, they reduce the salaries sometimes. Please share your thoughts and experiences for making the right decision

CTC is less, but within 2 yrs will get onsite opportunity, medical is good but 5 day WFO. Now you need to decide.

I am sorry if you get confused by my contradictory comparison.

Now a days freshers are getting that much CTC, Learn CS fundamentals, system design and DSA and try to apply for big tech companies, your experience deserves more than that (don't accept this, just switch the company)

Less CTC I Guess... 14 yoe with 33 lpa .
