Is it ok to submit resignation after 2 months of joining Deloitte USI as a SCon?

I have joined Deloitte USI as a senior consultant around 2 months ago, and i have started feeling a strong sense to quit the IT job, take a break, rethink on career priorities and reassess the options. One more factor is the workload, stress and burnout, which has intensified the thoughts of moving on from IT. I have 8+ years of IT experience. Spent around 4 years in first company and 4 years in second. Is it ok to contemplate taking a break?

Take dial down mode if it’s available? - less hours n less work. Shift operate/support projects ? Again less stress hopefully. If you are able sustain without a job till you figure out might as well go ahead. Any financial commitments that you want to save for ?

All these are available only after we have spent 18 months in our current role, i went through the policies. Internal job posting, flexi work hours, it wont be provided immediately. Also release from project also not accepted by them. :(

Talk to your resource head and take an unpaid sabbatical for a month or two.

I read a policy somewhere that to take sabbatical also, we need to be in company for some 12-18 months. Do you have any idea about it?
