Someone here told me that the notice period is negotiable in cg... But I don't know how much of it is true

It depends on your risk taking capacity. If you have less than 3 years of experience. Go for it, if you are more experienced then get a letter first.

You can't just depend on tcs😂but,yeah you can resign and search ,but with a backup of atleast 3months salary
