Is it ok to proceed further while on notice period?

Hi, I am currently a TCS employee. I got an offer from another company so I resigned. LWD as 13th November but my joining date of the new organisation is 11th November. I asked them to extend my joining date but they're taking it as granted. What should I do now?

You try to speak to HR and get early release. Else it will be a dual company for 2 days which cause issues later. You can parallely ask new company to extend for 3 days
