Trending @Accenture; Is it ok if the management of Accenture makes a quality analyst to work as an agent instead of doing auditing?

Recently I have moved to a new process, my management told me that i will get a new exposure. So I thought of giving it a try... But now they are making me do production instead of auditing... Am not sure how I should react to this🥲?
