Is it normal to feel 60 at 28?

I work at a pretty stable MNC with decent WLB and we don't even have those toxic 80-hour weeks but my body is just completely giving up on me lately. I literally sit in an AC room all day doing nothing physically exhausting, yet I wake up every morning feeling like I got hit by a truck and need hours just to function. My lower back is constantly screaming and I have absolute zero energy left by the time I log off from work. Idk if it's the sedentary lifestyle catching up or our generation is just built weak, but bhai I used to play sports for hours and now just sitting in an ergonomic chair makes my joints pop. Anyone else dealing with this or do I seriously need to get my blood work done?

Yeah I really need to start. Just trying to find the motivation to workout when I have zero energy after logging off is the hardest part.

Wake up and workout. Start with something that feels effortless.

It's not normal at all. Start taking care of yourself

Go to the doctor and do basic blood and health checkup.. it could be nothing, but just to be on the safer side.
