Is it normal to feel 60 at 28?
I work at a pretty stable MNC with decent WLB and we don't even have those toxic 80-hour weeks but my body is just completely giving up on me lately. I literally sit in an AC room all day doing nothing physically exhausting, yet I wake up every morning feeling like I got hit by a truck and need hours just to function. My lower back is constantly screaming and I have absolute zero energy left by the time I log off from work. Idk if it's the sedentary lifestyle catching up or our generation is just built weak, but bhai I used to play sports for hours and now just sitting in an ergonomic chair makes my joints pop. Anyone else dealing with this or do I seriously need to get my blood work done?

Get a general health checkup with vit d and b12

Yeah. Even i was suffering from same. When i did blood test it came out that my vit d3 is 6.37ng/ml. Which is very low. It should ve above 30. B12 and calcium is also low. Now i am having weekly d3 supplements and daily multivitamin supplements. 🥲

Even I was feeling the same. I had a full blood checkup done. Turns out I had low vitamin D and B12. I got injections, started doing exercises and following healthy eating habits. I'm full of energy and don't feel I'm out of energy halfway through the day.

Join a gym. I was feeling the same but gym worked like magic

Here I'm working at stable mnc with good wlb and supportive manager and playing cricket/badminton for 1-2 hr daily in the office and never felt bored. Its HCLTech.

Working out does work bro. You will feel energetic. Choose any time, before work or after work. Just give 1.5 hours of the day to gym and see that your sleep cycle will improve and you won’t be having any body aches. Do 15-20 mins cardio and rest lift weights. Honestly you will feel confident as well. Being doing it for 2 years.

Take vitamins tests .

Get your Vitamin D and B12 tested. Lack of vitamins leads to this state.
