Is it normal for recruiters to ghost after confirming that they'll be rolling out an offer after a month long interview process?

It could be that they found someone at a lower cost. Common courtesy could be that they would have informed you but then that’s unfortunate

Send a follow up mail/give a call back, if they don’t respond positively then they prolly found some other candidate.

Or they might’ve done your interview for the sake of doing it, I read that somewhere in another post.
