Nothing! You can just wfh. Does not impact your separation/resignation.

Update guys I have one no show in last month and they are asking me to apply earned leave, 17th june is my LWD, every quarter we get 6 no shows but still these people are torturing me....

I guess it depends on your manager and HR. I'm also serving notice period but have been asked to work from office else my LWD will be extended.
