Is it Mandatory to swipe at least once in office even if we have an exception
Hi All,
Could someone let me know if there is any such policy that even if we have a valid WFO exception still we need to swipe at least once a month.
Because for my friend, the manager called and was questioning why he has not attended the office even once. He was not even aware such a policy exist. And neither the HR nor the manager or delivery manager has communicated to him about this
Not require I believe, I have been raising TCS/Client approved exception for the past one year. No body asked me nor I got any email requesting to visit once a month. Last time I visited the office was in May due to laptop issue.
Yeah even I have not heard about this but they are specifically mentioning about Jan month where exception is approved. And they are like No show report your name is there and because of that band may get reduced like from B to C
I have not visited office for last 6 months and i am applying exception, so far nobody has not asked to visit office atleast once a month
