I joined Capgemini on oct 2024. I am completing 10-12 days and didn’t get warning mails till now. This month if I go only 8 days what will happen?

You should be fine. I too have been reporting for 10-12 days a month and sometimes 8-9 days and even have reported for just 4 days in one case. Didn't receive any non compliance mail nor was my YER affected.

I've reported for 12 days in a month for 8 hours every day when on bench except for one month where I reported only for 8 days and the next month I got a non compliance mail to apply for leaves for the remaining days.
