Is it mandatory to report rmg branch location if our base location is different than rmg location during bench
Rmg is sitting in a different branch from my base location and rmg branch is very far from my place and also there is no mode of transport from my place...can anyone guide how to report nearby tcs office.
they are just creating nuisance to call and sign some blah blah register in the name of reporting to them…kind of harassment in simple words … you can either talk to HR ( not rmg - they are trained robots - keep saying its policy ) and try to understand the rationale behind calling to far away locations…. ask them policy link where its written that associate has to report at far locations… they dont have it anywhere in reality,,, thwy are just doing it to save their jobs
or if you dont want to go this way - you can try to give me reason that you cant travel to far locations n all … and try your luck
