The question what the fuck they can do when you are leaving. I am in notice I’ll also stop going to office from dec.
No hike no vp they can go fuck themselves and do any escalation what they want.
They can simply block your relieving letter. Best of luck in convincing the next employer with that. Qs is why to take this chance even! What harm in visiting office 1-2 days a week for the remaining of the notice period!
Mr @PaperClip they can’t block it for this reason. There are people in my project who don’t come to office even after multiple warning
My suggestion would be if you can go to office then go. If you have problem skip. But don’t skip without any reason.
