I was allocated to a project in the second week after joining. Suddenly, yesterday, I received the email (screenshot attached). I met with HR, and the first thing they told me was that I have been released from this project. I asked if there was any issue with my performance or if someone had requested my release from the project. They said they don’t have that information. They also mentioned that for this project, it’s not hourly billing, and I have to look for another project within TCS. I asked what would happen if I am not assigned to any project within 35 days. They said they don’t know the details and advised me to check with RMG. RMG told me to send my CV. That’s what is happening now.

BG HR I guess is from Background verification team. Don't worry, it's to get some missing information maybe. Are you a new joinee?

It seems because if lower deployment index TCS started checking his background again and found some suspicious experience letter. Nobody can catch you please tell here .. did you provide fake experience ever ? If then I can tell you the trick to overcome the situation
