Is it just me or life has completely changed now?

2019: smoking, doing drugs, alcohol and tons of meaningless sex... 2024: made my first crore, reading a book every month, Push/Pull/Legs x2 a week, in a long term relationship now.

I’m glad you listened to her. Mine did not. I started smoking and emotionally eating or partying because of him. Frustration meant I was also seeking outside validation. Now working on my own growth. Cutting off from the wrong partner is important.
