Is it just me or is this cap rule a bit weird?

Trying to artificially control market share for UPI players and their transactions is one of the strangest things I've seen so far.

Do you think it's reasonable to assume it will work?

Bizarre or not, this cap rule is like a Bollywood twist, unpredictable yet exciting. It's a "Kar Har Maidaan Fateh" moment for smaller UPI players.

@Fairplay Yeah but how would one even predict what their market share will be at the end of a month? Number of transactions just keep growing lol
