Trending @Infosys; Is it just me or Infy has become toxic nowdays?

It's the same everywhere, we just don't realise it unless we explore & experience it. Just try to remain calm, pray for a good project & team & ignore stress of possible because low rating is ok but mental tension & diseases aren't.

Same condition with me I joined in march

I had recently joined infy in march already resigned

I joined infosys in January and already resigned, luckily got an offer even with 90 days notice period.

Joined new project in april, currently it is in transition phase. We are having KT and shadow support in night shift. My manager and senior manager expects team to work beyond 9.5 hrs because we are doing WFH.
Micromanagement has made working too stressful and exhausting. Feeling stuck. No where to go.

My previous manager was good. Current manager is shitty and just assigning their work to everyone plus micromanagement.

I’m also facing same, Infy become more toxic day by day.

Tcs has no wfh option think about them

I am working with infy for more than 2 years now, i feel the same.

It’s toxic
