Trending @Capgemini; Is it good to switch from Capgemini to TCS after 2.5 yrs of experience?

Switching from current Organisation to newer one is drive.n by lot of factors :

  • Better Salary /Take Home
  • Work Life Balance
  • New Technology learning
  • Offsite Opportunity
  • Senior position
  • Better Project

So, what’s your reason for Switch ???
You need to identity that rather posting here and getting confused by different views ….

I think he meant to say that "You should join some other organisations before joining TCS".

I agree as well. These top service based companies are good if you want to settle in life.
You won't have to worry about job security. But you will be compromising on skills / personal development.

Go for it and expectations for salary hike should be nil you should have requested same amount before joining to same position and after 3 yrs take a call as per situation 😀

TCS - no Any other company - yes, preferably a good medium sized company if you can. TCS, Infosys etc. you can go later in your career
