Trending @Accenture; Is it good to switch company or not

I got an offer from TCS with 28lpa(26L fixed, 2L variable) where I got paid 24lpa(21L fixed, 3L variable) now in Accenture in SAP BODS technology.

Accenture gave WFH. It decreases the cost of living whereas TCS is WFO and location is far more adhibatla travelling time more than 1hr.

Currently work pressure is high in Accenture and no increment from last year and there is no promotion till now completed more than 3 years in the same role

Anyone can suggest whether to go with a TCS offer or not.

Better to switch as you do not get the same package in Accenture for the next 2-3 years

You should have demanded more from TCS, the offer you have is too low.

They said they will give only 28L

Switching to TCS offers a salary bump but adds commute time. Accenture's WFH saves costs but lacks growth. Weigh financial gain against work-life balance and career growth. Choose wisely.

Try to take more offers from other companies....you might get more salary and hybrid work culture
