Is it good to switch
I will be completing 1 year in TCS soon so, Is it good option to switch after 1 year? Will next company question me like why did you switch after one year? Or they will question like what did you learn in one year only?Will I get good offers after TCS?
No need to worry so much on quitting any job. Only think to secure your income is, you have atleast an offer letter of a company when you resign from one. Definitely any company will ask what was problem in old company. You should have a strong career goal to answer this question. You should definitely have to be prepared when you are applying for a role. Nobody will hire someone not learned anything new in a year. Offer you receive will be based on multiple factors. If you have many offer letters in hand defenitely the latest offer you can argue to get higher. If you have some high demand skills you will be paid more.
