Is it good to purchase flat?
Hi, Is it worth to purchase flat in pune at Hinjewadi location? Since I am paying 20000 rs. For rent so I thought to purchase a flat and can give emi in place of rent. Is it worth?
But people say in place of taking flat, invest in SIP or mutual fund
Make up your mind. You want to settle with a flat, or you want your money to grow. Can't have it both ways
If you emotionally want an own place, buy it. If you want flexibility in moving jobs, cities, etc and are not emotionally attached to a flat, then invest
Emi will be much higher than 20K, for a flat worth 41L in noida, I am giving EMI of 30K on loan of 32L.
Yes flat value has appreciated to 80L in last 4 years.
But I don't think in Pune you can get a flat less than 1 cr.
We saw 1 flat whose value is 75 lakh, after down payment emi will be of 45-50000. After getting the possession my rent will be saved.
Do not buy flat ...stay in rent always ...
More than 300-400 companies have already took the exit from Hinjewadi location. Be careful since this location has no future.
