Is it good to leave TCS ?

I got an offer from HCL of 22 CTC, I have put my papers in TCS.

My last working day is in mid of May.

Now, TCS has offered me to give 20-21 CTC with J&J Project.

as of now apart from HCL I don't have any other offers in hand.

I have completed interviews in most of the big companies and haven't received any HR call back.

Kindly share your suggestions what I need to do now.

Weather you got any mail confirmation from TCS on this? And did they quoted the retention salary break up?

No, this is absolutely a scam. Take a proper mail approval from HR and manager, then only plan to stay in TCS. Have seen many of my colleagues getting fooled by this

Take you resignation back. 21 in TCS is anytime better that 22 in HCL

U can wait till the end and decide. U have a lot of time to apply for more companies and get good offers if possible.

Try all options and then think. ATB !!

TCS exp - 3 years

Stay in TCS they will give you promotion and you will get every year hike here. HCL not matched with TCS

Tcs can not match the offer first, manager says, he denies coz of no leadership approval, it's a scam. Take in written if they dnt, then search till May.. in April you will get more calls, you can easily get 25 lpa
