Is it good to join Kotak Mahindra Bank for tech ?

Hi I have got an offer from Kotak Mahindra Bank for a principal role.But I hear that the culture there is not great.I have worked in US MNCs all this while.Should I make the switch considering the role and pay Is good.

How's the culture there if any one can advise.
