Trending @Accenture; Is it good to join Infosys right now or Accenture is better?
After joining will get the same work for which I am interviewed or they will assign any project regardless of my technology?

Accenture is better, young man. They value your skills, not just assign random work.

I am working in Accenture only, but not getting any growth, just politics I am thinking about switching, so just asked, is it good to switch to Infosys? I have total 4 years of experience in Azure, Azure DevOps, and Pass.

Yes why not , you can switch back to accenture later

Coming from Infosys their hike is 💩 internal politics 📈 but if they're giving you like really really good hike then you can join for some time and switch again

Sure, Yes, I was also thinking of the same..to join infy for 2 years and switch again later.

Accenture has become worst now even worst than Infosys.

I suggest not to join Accenture, here their is no growth hikes and promotions only based on your manager, there is no such policy to speak to your HR they just say check with your managers and we all know that managers have very few pets

Accenture pls ...

If you're getting decent hike then definitely you can

From a client point of view, Accenture is billed at premium value to other consultancies and so expectation is high. But the recruitment is letting them down and adding more burden to talented resources to work day and night to complete tasks. Hikes are bad too since the last two years so it might not be the right situation to join Accenture at the moment.
Coming to your question about technology, it depends on projects that are available at the time when you join so the actual tool may not match but tech they will surely match for you.
