Is it good time to switch?.
Hi everyone, I have over 9 years of experience in development in .NET and React. I'm currently working as a Development Team Lead and considering a job switch. Currently, I'm earning ₹18 LPA. Based on my experience and the current market trends, what kind of package can I realistically expect? Also, is this a good time to make a move, and how is the job market for developers? Your help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Man, package can be anything, it's all upto you. Service companies can give you maybe 24-30, decent product companies and IB can give you 40-60, google product based companies can give you 80+ lpa easily. It's all up to you. How you play the game...good luck
