have 2.8 years of experience in Data Analytics I want to switch my career as a Data Analyst but the thing is previously I worked in support project is it a good idea to switch without any hand’s on experience but I have the skills to fulfill it. Or to stay in infy and wait to complete 3 years with infy. Currently I’m on bench from last 45 Days.

You have 2.8 years of experience in Data Analytics. Still if you are thinking you don’t have hands on experience, what did you do during this 2.8 years. As you are on bench now, you can upskill yourself and get some experience on new skill. Same time you can apply for another company if you are planning to leave.
