Need more data points. Your YoE, current comp, skill set etc. 30% seems low for an SDE switch, aim for 100% hike (again depends on your current comp, experience and skills)

Yoe: 5.4, current comp:14.2, skills: Angular , Springboot,

At 5.4 YoE with this skill set aim for 80-100% hike. Current comp is low wrt market. Grind LC and get that raise.
