Is it good idea to kidnap a senior?
2 years back I joined my first company. After initial training got assigned on a client project, Unfortunately the team I was part of was very small, just me, my senior and tech lead. Since I was new I was facing problem in many task but whenever I asked my senior for help, he made me feel like I'm worthless and can't do anything, got very bad ratings form him, thus I was released form project in just 1 month, Since then I'm on bench.
PS: Company has an excellent work environment and great WLB, everyone at company is very corporative excluding few people, also pays very good, company size is 3000 people, that's why I'm still here, will be switcing very soon.
So is it a good idea to kidnap him?
Just asking for fun, not going to do so.
