Going by tech salaries in India (inflated basis supply).. Soon roles will move to Vietnam and Phillipines...
That's true, working in the IT service sector and handling the resource management office, we daily get the stick from the US team that the offshore rates for Brazil and Thailand are way less than India. Plus the 2-3 months period is just a pain in the butt.
Tech roles are moving to Indonesia as well; Jakarta is becoming a tech hub. Good time to move there for high career growth
I work in an Indonesian company. Jakarta’s status as a tech hub is only because it’s the capital. It’s talent density is much less than India. Most large Indonesian tech companies have offices in India anyway
