I am happy. 😊 It's just that I needed a normal 5-6 % increment this and every year, but I am not seeing we get it this year at least. That's a little disappointing. Rest all is fine!

It's depends if you ask for product base then big no you should get 14L at least but for service base it's depends on your location and tech.

Forget about others how much they are getting first ask yourself how much ur getting is it sufficient for you not because I know persons with my experience getting 27L in tcs but still they are not happy
