Is it gender equality?

In our society we see vibes of gender equality everywhere. All of us who are married must have noticed how married life is full of responsibilities. If for pregnancy govt is forcing companies to grant leave with salary full paid. We have seen many instances where ladies are even taking advantage of it. But for gents, paternity leave is max 5 days. Why? No way gents are discharging less responsibility than ladies. Also it varies from situation to situation.

If we dont consider paternity break. There is no other such option for us in entire career. We just keep on being crushed in duty and responsibilities.

Will our society ever think of? Taking care of babies is important. But taking care of old parents?? If some one is single or divorced a d has old parents. Does not he need a break in entire life? People who agree with me , lets file a petition with supreme court to address this unseen aspect of society.
